Health as a Human Right
PHM is embarking upon a global Right to Health campaign (RTH) which involves coordinated national and international level action.
The campaign is partly about affirming health care as a right, not a commodity, and affirming that achieving the conditions for Health for All is a collective responsibility, not the privilege of wealth or race.
There is also a research angle to the RTH Campaign, focusing in the first instance on national participatory assessments of the legal and institutional status of the Right to Health.
